Rules: Last day to vote is September 12 at 5:00 pm. 1 vote per person. Voters must complete a minimum number of 20 entries in order for form to be valid. All voting must be submitted online. The voting will be tabulated base on the online submissions and are kept confidential until voting is complete. Any attempt to unfairly subvert the voting process may result in the elimination of a person or business from the final results. Voters must be 18 years of age or older.
